Suspension Shipping Information

- All jobs and orders are shipped back to the customer via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested.

- When shipping suspension please wash all suspension components thoroughly so that there are no dirt or oil on them (An Extra charge may be added for Dirty Shocks!)

- We are not responsible for suspension damaged during shipping to or from DeRisi Racing Inc. so pack your boxes accordingly.

Ordering Information

- Orders can me made via phone, fax, or email.

- Must include: Name/ address/ Phone#/ Item with complete description.

- We accept Visa, and Master card

- COD orders will be processed only with a money order or a bank check. Call for pre-approval.

- No personal checks will be accepted

Pricing

- We are not responsible for typographical errors and will make every effort to correct them.

- Prices do not include shipping and handling

- Prices are subject to change w/o notice and current prices may be quoted over the phone.

Returns

- Always call first for authorization number

- No returns on electrical parts

- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee

- All returns must be within 15 days from purchase

- Must be in same packing and in an unused condition

- A copy of the original invoice must accompany the return

- No Returns on Electrical Products

Warranty

All warranties for products lie with the manufacturer. DeRisi Racing Inc. expresses no warranty above and beyond that and we disclaim any responsibility for injury resulting from defects of products. The rider/purchaser assumes any and all risks.
